All our lamps come directly from European design showrooms and exhibitions — genuine display or sample pieces, never replicas.
Because they were previously used for gallery or studio display, we’re able to offer them at significantly reduced prices compared to standard retail.
Each piece is carefully checked, cleaned, and tested before being listed.
Our aim is to make authentic designer lighting accessible at fair, honest prices.
Do the lamps have any signs of use?
Some display pieces may show light wear, such as small surface marks or minor scratches on the base.
These are purely cosmetic and do not affect performance.
Any visible details are always noted on the product page.
Every lamp is inspected, cleaned, and securely repackaged before dispatch.
We believe in full transparency — what you see is exactly what you receive.
Can you provide real photos of the lamps?
For some items, yes — we can provide actual photos on request.
However, lamps stored in sealed warehouse packaging may not always be available for additional photography.
If you’d like specific photos, simply email us at info@basuslight.co.uk and our team will respond within 1–2 working days.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Glasgow, UK.
Each lamp is tested and safely packed before shipping,
and most orders are sent within 2–5 working days.
Are your lamps authentic?
Yes — every lamp we sell is a 100% authentic designer piece.
We source directly from official European design showrooms, studios, and authorised partners.
Every item is verified and tested before sale.

Can I collect my order in person?
Our warehouse is not open to the public for collections at this time.
